Investment criteria

  • Industrial B2B

    Capital-light, B2B manufacturing, distribution or services businesses in industrial sectors.

  • Size

    Revenues of £3-20m, 10-100 employees and EBITDA of £0.8-3.0m.

  • Profitability

    EBITDA margins of 15% or more for at least five consecutive years.

    Organic growth of 5% p.a. for at least 5 consecutive years, with a favourable outlook.

Process

How we work

  • Number one.

    Sourcing

    We work with sellers & advisors for both on-market and off-market opportunities. Reach out to us, if you know of a great business.

  • Number two.

    Evaluation

    We review an IM, visit the business and meet owners to understand their story and motivations.

  • Number three.

    Offer & Due Diligence

    After reviewing the business, we put an offer and, if accepted, we start due diligence process. In parallel we work with the owner to develop a high-level value creation roadmap.

  • Number four.

    Completion

    Once due diligence is completed, we finalise the acquisition & start working with the management on value creation & growth plan.

  • Number five.

    Post-Acquisition

    We support the management team by bringing capital, talent and innovation to fuel growth of the business.
