Astra Holding Acquires J Manny Ltd, Expanding its Built Environment Platform into the South West

Astra Holding is delighted to announce the acquisition of J. Manny Ltd ("J Manny"), a specialist commercial door company headquartered in Caerphilly, Wales. Founded over 20 years ago, J Manny provides the installation, servicing, maintenance and repair of automatic doors, industrial doors, shopfronts and access control systems across South Wales and the Southwest. Built around a strong team of engineers, the business serves retail, healthcare, education, industrial and government clients with a reputation for compliance, technical depth and reliable delivery.
This acquisition marks an important step in Astra's strategy to build a cohesive portfolio of businesses serving the built environment. J Manny joins Interdoor, AB Key and Acorn MPS as part of Astra's growing platform adding complementary capabilities in automated entrance systems and physical security alongside our existing expertise in industrial doors, commercial security and building services.
